Warehouse Operative and Van Driver

Based in Pitstone, Leighton Buzzard

We are currently recruiting for a permanent warehouse operative and van driver for our client in Pitstone, Leighton Buzzard.

As a knowledgeable warehouse operative and van driver, you will undertake the following tasks:

Unpack all goods received from suppliers, book them onto our system and store them in the correct warehouse locations
Check all goods receipts and highlight any damaged or missing items
Pick all customer orders from the warehouse, book them onto our system and pack them ready for dispatch
Carry out monthly stock checks to ensure accurate stock records and highlight any slow-moving items
Support the business on other ad hoc tasks and projects as the need arises
Support our delivery teams with the put-away of high-volume products at customers’ premises
Pick and pack products for customer delivery and load vehicles from our warehouse, ensuring all is accurately recorded on our ERP system
Deliver Items to customers Premises once or twice a week driving the company van

Hours of work will vary between a 5am start when delivery driving and 8am when working in the warehouse.

The ideal candidate will have a clean driving licence and be aged 25 or over for insurance purposes, apply today!
